The online, 1:1 sessions focus on the professional skills needed to become more effective in real-world business situations.
Sessions include structured simulations of real business situations --meetings, negotiations and presentations-- so clients practise in conditions reflective of their professional environment. 
The sessions take place on the TLG Platform. Each coach also develops a personalised program, with access to AI-powered exercises, tests, and insight covering everything from negotiation skills to the cultural nuances of English-speaking countries.

The TLG Executive Communication Specialists are native English speakers with diverse international backgrounds. They’re also business professionals with senior-level experience in sectors like finance, insurance, and banking.

Zoe has over 25 years of international business experience across banking, finance, and philosophy, and a certification in the Psychology of Bilingualism.
She founded TLG in 2010 after seeing how often talented professionals underperformed in international business environments.
That focus on results still defines everything TLG does.

With previous experience as an ISO 18001 auditor and a strong foundation in regulated environments she combines structured thinking with a results-driven approach. Combining her cross sector experience and cultural agility, she delivers high impact training that strengthens performance.

With a broad understanding of different leadership models, she adapts her style to the needs of TLG clients.

Aisling has an honours degree in Interactive Media and a TEFL qualification as well as extensive experience in the arts. She specialises in Executive Business English communication courses for ICT, finance, legal, media and retail companies. At TLG, she helps clients with international videoconferencing, presentations, writing and intercultural communication.

Peter has a background in acting and film, he has played various roles in theatre and television. During his time running the 'Fat Story Shop', he turned this background into educational theatre workshops. As an experiential learning consultant, he uses theatre to promote behavioural change in organisations. He teaches pronunciation and intonation at TLG.
