Reflex Learning: learning English spontaneously

“Learning by Doing” (also known as experiential learning) involves learning through practical experience rather than the theoretical assimilation of concepts or information. It encourages you to apply your Business English skills through exercises, experiments, role-playing, simulations, and other activities that require the application of what you are learning.

The underlying idea is that active and direct involvement enhances memorization more effectively and durably than simply reading or listening to information.

This approach allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the skills and knowledge you are acquiring, learning in a more natural and pragmatic way.

Let's bring English into your business context.

If you do it first, try it out, get your “hands dirty,” what you learn afterwards stays with you, deeply ingrained.

Our learning paths are designed to replicate everyday work scenarios and activities.

From the very first minute, we immerse learners in using English in realistic situations, promoting active and lasting language acquisition.

We put you “under pressure”
You’ll undergo timed exercises to challenge your mind and prevent reliance on systematic memory activation.

We replicate real work situations
There’s no warm-up; we expect you to start interacting as if you were in a real meeting.

Evaluation
It happens based on the effectiveness of your communication, not merely on the grammatical correctness of verbs and conjugations.

From one brain hemisphere to the other

Each Business English lesson is crafted to facilitate the transfer of learned language from one hemisphere of our brain to the other, moving from passive understanding to active usage, akin to a native speaker’s mental process.

This requires a tailored pedagogical approach. Therefore, the traditional method of language teaching (based on reading, writing, vocabulary, conversation, and grammar exercises) is not adequate.

The results of our methodology

From Assessment onward, our approach aims to build a trusting relationship through a long-lasting and highly engaging experience. Our training modules enable you to use Business English and develop the ability to confidently and autonomously manage the following work situations: video conferences, webinars, negotiations, networking events, meetings, and presentations.

Moreover, we dedicate focused learning sessions to writing emails and work documents, as well as improving pronunciation and understanding Anglo-Saxon culture through our highly competent and international team.
